Q:
Why won't FilterGate accept
my registration code?
A: Please make sure that the email
address you enter into FilterGate is the same one the FilterGate
Registration code was sent to.
Q:
I've had to re-install
FilterGate why won't it accept my original registration code?
A: Your registration code may have expired. If you are a registered user
of FilterGate, you can have our server email you a
new key.
Q:
How do I register
FilterGate?
A: 1. Right-click the green
FilterGate icon in the system tray at the bottom right of your screen and
select 'Configure' to bring up the FilterGate Control Panel.
2. Click on the
[Purchase/Register] button.
3. Enter your email
address and registration code.
Q:
I've entered my email
address but have not received a code by email.
A: You may have mistyped your email address at the time of purchase.
Please email our support staff
if this happens so that we can rename your registered email address.
Q:
How do I change my
FilterGate registration details to reflect a new email address?
A: If your email address has changed from the original
one used when registering FilterGate, update your
user details here.

How do I get a registration code?
A: You will be emailed a registration code upon purchasing FilterGate.
